CTS serves a wide range of enterprise customers nationwide, offering cutting-edge wireless network enhancements tailored to meet diverse business needs. The company is deeply committed to innovation, quality service delivery, and providing scalable wireless infrastructure solutions that enable enhanced connectivity and business operations.

CTS is currently seeking a Project Coordinator based in the New Jersey area, offering an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals who aspire to develop and advance their project management skills within the wireless communications industry. This full-time role features a competitive pay range of $28 to $34 per hour, depending on experience, and includes comprehensive employee benefits. It is particularly well-suited for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a dynamic technical environment.

As a Project Coordinator at CTS, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior Project Managers and Market Leaders in the seamless execution of diverse telecommunications projects. The position’s primary focus is to coordinate logistical aspects, monitor project progress, and maintain accurate project documentation and communications. This role provides invaluable exposure to core facets of project management including scheduling, budgeting, manpower allocation, and client interaction. Working closely with seasoned professionals, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply project management principles in real-world scenarios.

In this role, you will assist by coordinating and tracking multiple project activities from initiation through to completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for handling essential project logistics such as shipping, receiving, inventory control, and the reuse of materials, which are critical for maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Moreover, your role involves managing key project documentation—ranging from certifications and as-built drawings to final close-out packages—ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with company and customer standards.

You will also be tasked with preparing weekly status reports and updates for both internal teams and customers, facilitating transparent communication lines and timely dissemination of project milestones and challenges. Additional responsibilities include tracking and verifying invoices, payroll, and other project-related expenses, safeguarding budgetary controls and financial accuracy across projects. Furthermore, you will monitor asset tracking and maintain certifications, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and quality assurance standards.

This role is designed to nurture your organizational, communication, and time management skills while allowing you to refine your technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities in an engaging and supportive environment. By joining CTS, you will be positioning yourself to grow within a forward-looking company recognized for its leadership in wireless network services, with clear pathways for career advancement into project management roles.
