At TheKey, the caregiver position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors. This role requires candidates to be fluent in both Korean and English to meet the communication needs of their diverse clientele. Caregivers work one-on-one with seniors, providing a wide range of services, including personal care such as dressing, bathing, grooming, assistance with meals, and light housekeeping tasks like laundry, basic cleaning, and organizing. In addition, caregivers provide essential transportation services, including driving clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping, as well as companionship activities designed to offer social and emotional support. The flexibility of this role accommodates all shifts with full-time and part-time employment options, allowing caregivers to select schedules that best suit their lifestyles.

The position offers highly competitive pay rates, starting at $19.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $22.00 per hour based on experience and shift timing. TheKey provides weekly pay with the option for daily pay via PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match.
