This role is designed for hourly associates who are cross-trained to perform multiple duties throughout the restaurant, enhancing their engagement and opportunities for advancement and promotion. While associates typically begin in one specific role, the ability to work across various functions is highly encouraged and supported. The position requires individuals who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role demands flexibility, punctuality, and the capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.

Associates will be responsible for a variety of tasks including rolling out dough, saucing and cheesing pizzas, topping products according to Pizza Hut’s standards, coordinating pasta preparation, and maintaining marketable stock levels. Secondary responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, assisting with pizza cutting, answering phones, and performing other duties as assigned by management. The position requires frequent physical activity such as bending, lifting up to 55 pounds depending on the specific role, and working in environments that may be noisy and include exposure to odors, dust, and chemicals.
