We are currently seeking a full-time Production Worker to join our Trio-Community Meals team based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position is onsite and offers a wage of $17.75 per hour. The Production Worker role is fundamental in the preparation and manufacturing of both frozen and fresh food products that will be distributed to various local service areas. As a vital member of the production team, you will receive comprehensive training across multiple facets of the production process, including line supply, pulling supply, adding or filling on the manufacturing line, and packaging. The role demands adherence to safety policies and quality assurance standards, ensuring the finished products meet our high standards for safety and quality.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, able to meet production targets within given timeframes, and have a keen interest in working in a food manufacturing environment. Prior experience in manufacturing is considered beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided. The Production Worker contributes directly to the efficient operation of the meal production line, supporting the broader mission of Trio-Community Meals to serve the nutritional needs of the community's most vulnerable members.
