The position of Production Team Partner in the Pre-Tunnel Inspection Department at UniFirst is an essential role that contributes directly to the quality assurance of UniFirst's garment services. This role involves working collaboratively on a production team to inspect garments as they pass through the steam tunnel, ensuring each item meets UniFirst's rigorous 20-point uniform inspection process. Responsibilities include counting garments, hanging them for processing, identifying any tears, holes, stains, or other damage, and adhering strictly to safety policies including HACCP and medical guidelines. The role supports a structured 5-day workweek with weekends off, promoting a strong work-life balance for its team members.

Job Requirements
- High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shift
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions using American standard units in weight, measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and push up to 25 lbs.
Job Qualifications
- High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions using American standard units in weight, measurement, volume, and distance
Job Duties
- Count garments
- Hang garments to be processed through the steam tunnel
- Visually inspect all garments for tears, holes, stains, and damage
- Ensure all garments pass the UniFirst 20-point uniform inspection process
- Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
- Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
