Acting under the direction of venue or tour production managers, the Production Runner expedites various errands essential to ensuring seamless production flow and artist satisfaction. Responsibilities range from delivering and picking up supplies, documentation, and goods from local vendors, airports, hotels, and other necessary locations, to supporting backstage operations throughout the live show day. The typical show day involves long hours, often extending to 16-18 hours, including nights and weekends, demanding stamina and flexibility.

Candidates in this role will exhibit a professional and personable demeanor, capable of interacting effectively with touring personnel and venue staff. The job also requires maintaining and managing cash, receipts, and logistical coordination throughout the day.
