This role is for a Warehouse Production Manager on the 1st Shift, scheduled Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This position boasts a competitive starting salary of $60,000 per year, complemented by an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401K savings plan. The Production Manager will lead a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse team focused on continuous improvement, safety, and achieving production goals. This position requires active engagement on the warehouse floor, tracking and analyzing production reports to meet hourly key performance indicators (KPIs).
