This role is a bakery production position based in the Denver and Aurora bakery operations, focusing on the production of gluten-free baked products. Reporting to the Line Lead, the successful candidate will support the safe, reliable, and efficient production processes within the Buns department as well as other departments and production lines as needed. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring flexibility and willingness to rotate across multiple positions within the team. Shift hours are from 2:15 PM to 2:30 AM on the second shift, working either 10 or 12-hour shifts. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $23.50 plus a $1.00 shift differential, reflecting the importance of providing fair compensation for this critical role.
The role involves direct engagement with production tasks such as mixing or measuring dough, filling pans, baking, and assembling product packaging, all while adhering to Conagra’s stringent safety and quality standards. Strong communication skills are essential as the candidate needs to effectively report any line-related concerns about safety, efficiency, or risk to management at all levels. Physical demands include the ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for up to 12 hours per shift, highlighting the physically active nature of the work. The ideal candidate will have machine operator experience and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
