Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and equipment operation
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- strong organizational and time management skills
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Make and bake a variety of baked goods including donuts, breads, pastries, cookies, pies, and cakes
- operate ovens and baking equipment to ensure accurate temperatures and perfect baking
- monitor ingredient quantities, reorder supplies when necessary, and organize ingredient storage
- maintain cleanliness of baking tools, workstations, and utensils to ensure food safety
- perform regular quality checks on baked goods for appearance, texture, and taste
- comply with health department standards and company food safety guidelines
- adjust baking quantities and schedules according to par sheet requirements
