Job Qualifications

  • experience in baking or food production preferred
  • knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
  • ability to follow recipes and par sheet instructions
  • strong attention to detail
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients

Job Duties

  • Make and bake a variety of baked goods including pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and bread
  • operate ovens and baking equipment ensuring precise temperatures and perfect cooking
  • monitor ingredient quantities and procure supplies as needed
  • organize storage of ingredients efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness of baking tools, workstations, and cooking utensils
  • conduct regular quality checks of baked products to meet bakery standards
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
