Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
At least 3 years of experience as a production worker
Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good organizational skills
Commitment to safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a production worker
Food handling experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to follow and maintain Sun Noodle's Good Manufacturing Practices and good hygiene practices

Job Duties

Pick up packaged noodles from the end of the processing line
Check the quality of the product and packaging
Confirm the number of noodle portions per sleeve are accurate
Certify that the correct type of noodle is being packaged correctly including thickness, color, and weight
Ensure no foreign material is present in or outside of the packaging
Verify that packaging is completely sealed with no tears or holes
Assemble boxes and prep trays before filling with products
Neatly box and label finished packaged products
Pick and date products off a pull sheet to prepare them for delivery
Accurately count and record total products and cases made
Reload box inventory for production facility from storage or warehouse
Record and move completed boxes or trays into cold storage
Complete required logs for documentation
Ensure the surrounding work area is clean, organized, clutter-free, and safe
Follow Sun Noodle GMPs and safe food handling and hygiene practices
Repack work-in-progress items into finished goods
Perform other duties as assigned
