The role available at MSI is a full-time Associate-level position focused on enhancing the brand awareness of Q Quartz products. This position is vital in extending MSI's market reach by promoting Q Quartz through direct customer engagement and educational initiatives. The selected candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the addition of one Saturday per month from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Compensation for this salaried, exempt position ranges from $63,000 to $67,000 annually, with new hires potentially earning between $69,000 and $73,000 or more depending on their education, experience, and performance bonuses.
As a key brand ambassador, the role entails visiting builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers to deliver targeted product knowledge seminars, thereby equipping customers with critical information to choose MSI products confidently. The candidate will also train customers' sales forces on MSI product lines, facilitating stronger partnerships and enhancing reseller capabilities. Maintaining an accurate customer database and generating sales reports are essential components, supporting strategic decision-making and customer relationship management. Attendance at trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars is required, allowing the candidate to stay abreast of industry trends and further expand MSI's presence. The role demands consistent follow-up and collaboration with existing customers to sustain and grow their business, alongside coordinating promotional material inventories and executing strategic advertisement placements to maximize brand visibility. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Physically, the position requires regular use of hands and arms for handling products and equipment, as well as mobility encompassing walking, standing, and occasional sitting. Job Duties
- Responsible for the promotion of the MSI Quartz products
- Visits builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting the products
- Performs product knowledge seminars at the customer's location
- In charge of training the customer's sales force on MSI product lines
- Accurately maintains customer database and generates sales reports as needed
- Attends trade shows, conventions, and other onsite seminars
- Consistently works with existing customers to retain and increase their business
- Coordinates with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials
- Increases brand awareness through strategic placement of advertisement
