Job Description

Dorsia is an innovative leader in the hospitality technology industry, revolutionizing how consumers gain access to the most sought-after restaurants, events, and experiences globally. By seamlessly blending cutting-edge technology with the art of luxury hospitality, Dorsia enables its members to secure the hardest-to-get reservations, while simultaneously empowering operators with unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization. Founded with a vision to reshape access to exclusive cultural moments, Dorsia has experienced extraordinary growth, scaling to over 400 venues across 25 destinations in 2025 alone, marking a revenue increase of 480%. The company has also expanded its reach beyond traditional dining settings into broader cultural events through its Culture Calendar offering. Supported by $54 million in funding from prominent investors, including Index Ventures, Invus, and Red Sea Ventures, and in partnership with industry leaders such as MoonPay, Major Food Group, and The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud, Dorsia is poised for its next decisive phase of growth, reshaping the global hospitality landscape in profound ways.

The role of Product Manager, Events & Nightlife, at Dorsia is a pivotal position focused on owning the experiential journey for events from conception to execution. This full-time role commands a leadership position overseeing the operator-facing iOS app designed for managing guest lists, scanning, and door operations, alongside the entire member experience for discovering, purchasing, sharing, and RSVPing to tickets within the Dorsia app. The position involves deep engagement with systems integration involving real-time inventory management, ticketing, access control, and dynamic pricing strategies, all critical to seamless live event execution. This role operates at the heart of Dorsia’s Culture Calendar initiatives, moving the company beyond restaurants into the realm of world-class cultural events.

Candidates stepping into this role will find themselves working hands-on at major global events such as Formula 1, Art Basel, Cannes Film Festival, and Coachella. The Product Manager will not only lead product development but also actively engage in live operations and problem-solving on-site, ensuring the flawless flow of tables, pricing adjustments, and last-minute changes in a highly dynamic environment. A unique aspect of the position is the AI-native approach to product management, where leveraging large language models, automation, and AI agents to prototype and deploy solutions swiftly is a part of everyday work. The ethos at Dorsia is one of building products directly in the field, emphasizing real-time operational excellence and user-centric design.

At Dorsia, the work culture is deeply rooted in the belief that exceptional outcomes stem from great people interacting and innovating together in shared physical spaces. In-person collaboration is a fundamental value, supporting the spontaneous energy and creative collisions that drive industry-leading experiences. The team embraces a non-traditional work schedule that mirrors the vibrant lifestyle of its clientele, including early flights, after-hours events, and late-night sprints during flagship events. This culture of high performance demands a builder’s mindset, resilience in ambiguity, and relentless focus on delivering user value. The Product Manager role offers the opportunity to influence the trajectory of a company that is transforming how cultural experiences are accessed and enjoyed worldwide, making it a compelling career path for those passionate about hospitality, technology, and live experiences.
