We are committed to fostering a positive educational environment by connecting schools with skilled professionals who are dedicated, reliable, and adept at supporting school operations efficiently. We work closely with multiple campuses, helping them maintain smooth front office communication and administrative functions that contribute to the overall success and day-to-day excellence in education. Our mission is to support the growth and operational needs of private charter schools ensuring that students, parents, and staff receive timely and courteous assistance.
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team, serving several private charter schools throughout the DFW metroplex. This role plays a pivotal part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, visitors, and staff by providing exceptional front office and administrative support. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for various stakeholders and must display professionalism, approachability, and strong organizational skills. Working Monday through Friday during school hours, this position offers a stable hourly wage of $16.00.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable, capable of handling multiple tasks such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing schedules, and performing general clerical duties. This position requires reliable transportation as the role involves traveling between assigned campuses within your preferred distance in the DFW area. Confidentiality is paramount since you will be handling sensitive information related to students and staff. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in an educational environment and are eager to contribute positively to multiple schools across a vibrant urban area. We encourage driven candidates to apply and join our growing team dedicated to educational excellence and operational support in the private charter school sector.
