With ongoing plans for growth and expansion through 2030, JOEY continues to seek motivated individuals who are passionate about hospitality and want to be part of an evolving, dynamic team.
The Private Events Chef role at JOEY Valley Fair is a rewarding full-time position with an hourly pay range of $25 to $35, depending on experience and other factors. This role focuses on organizing food preparation and supervising service for catered private events, ensuring that every gathering meets the high standards that JOEY has established. Successful employees at JOEY exemplify warmth, honesty, integrity, and respect. They are strong communicators and natural problem solvers who actively seek personal growth and performance excellence. Confidence, humility, and professionalism characterize their behavior, and they take pride in maintaining a clean professional appearance. The company fosters a supportive, competitive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and excellence in service delivery.
Beyond competitive pay, employees at JOEY Valley Fair benefit from comprehensive career development opportunities, including education and growth tracks. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, a medical reimbursement plan, and an Employee Assistance Program for eligible partners. Staff enjoy discounted employee meals, a 10% discount for themselves and their guests at all JOEY locations, referral bonuses, sales competitions with rewards, and paid sick leave. JOEY is committed to equal employment opportunity and providing reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants, ensuring an inclusive work culture that values diversity and respect for all individuals.
