Job Description

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, affiliated with TheKey, is a premier nursing referral agency that specializes in connecting highly skilled private duty nurses and therapists with VIP clients seeking personalized in-home care. Operating primarily within Massachusetts, this service caters to discerning clients who prioritize exceptional, one-on-one nursing and therapeutic care delivered in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Unlike typical healthcare providers, Concierge Nursing Referral Services operates on a private pay model and does not accept insurance, ensuring that care standards remain exceptionally high and tailored to each client's unique needs. This distinct approach allows nurses and therapists to engage in meaningful, individualized clinical work outside traditional hospital or clinic settings, offering a more intimate and flexible healthcare environment.

This role offers Registered Nurses (RN) the opportunity to take full control over their schedules, clientele, and income. Pay rates start at $70 per hour but may vary depending on the specifics of each case, with terms negotiated before beginning any assignment. Nurses engage with clients on a flexible basis, ranging from shorter visits of up to two hours to extensive hourly shifts lasting eight to twelve hours. This position functions as a 1099 independent contractor role, empowering clinicians to choose the clients and cases they wish to accept, and manage their work-life balance accordingly. Weekly pay and competitive rates are strong incentives for those seeking a rewarding, autonomous career in private duty nursing.

In this role, nurses provide a broad spectrum of clinical services, from assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) to performing vital sign monitoring, wound care, and facilitating transportation for medical appointments. Duties are performed in collaboration with the clients' physicians and within the RN's licensed scope of practice, emphasizing skilled nursing care delivery, clear communication with family members and healthcare providers, and thorough documentation as required by agency policies. Additionally, nurses coordinate and procure necessary medical supplies such as durable medical equipment (DME), wound care materials, and medications to support patients' health and comfort.

Concierge Nursing Referral Services prides itself on fostering a team of compassionate, experienced professionals who possess excellent clinical skills and a dependable work ethic. Nurses must be self-motivated and capable of working independently without close supervision or extensive training, embodying reliability, punctuality, and technical proficiency. Access to basic computer skills is necessary to handle documentation and communication efficiently.

This opportunity is ideal for Massachusetts-licensed Registered Nurses seeking to deliver high-quality clinical care on a flexible schedule, within a supportive yet autonomous framework. By joining Concierge Nursing Referral Services, clinicians become part of a mission to provide unparalleled in-home patient care, elevating the standards of private duty nursing. Contract and PRN work types offer further flexibility to accommodate varying availability and preferences in workload.
