Job Description

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a division of TheKey, is a premier nursing referral agency specializing in connecting highly skilled private duty nurses, including Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), as well as therapists such as Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Occupational Therapists (OT) with discerning VIP clients who seek exceptional in-home care. As a top-tier service, Concierge Nursing Referral Services focuses on providing personalized, one-on-one care for clients in their homes, creating an environment that promotes comfort, dignity, and tailored clinical attention. We understand the unique needs of both our clinicians and clients, fostering a partnership that emphasizes quality, flexibility, and professionalism. Our services range from hourly shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours to short visits of up to 2 hours and can be organized on a per-diem or long-term basis, allowing for adaptability that meets the diverse scheduling requirements of our clients and nursing staff. We operate exclusively as a private pay service and do not accept insurance, ensuring that clients receive premium care directly funded by them, which supports the high standard of service we deliver. Employment with Concierge Nursing Referral Services is on a contract basis, classified as PRN, offering nurses significant autonomy over their schedules and caseloads. Pay rates start at a competitive $40 per hour, varying depending on individual cases and negotiated prior to commencement. This role is ideal for experienced, compassionate nurses who seek to take control of their professional journeys by choosing clients and work assignments that align with their skills and preferences. The flexibility offered allows nurses to balance work and life effectively while engaging in meaningful, impactful care delivery that extends beyond traditional clinical settings. Working in private homes provides a unique opportunity for nurses to build trusting relationships within a peaceful setting, performing essential clinical tasks such as monitoring vital signs, wound care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and facilitating transportation to appointments. Additionally, providing education and support to clients and family members enriches the caregiving experience and contributes to positive health outcomes. This position requires nurses to demonstrate independence, reliability, and the ability to perform documentation accurately following agency policies, along with effective communication with doctors, families, and the nursing office. Proficiency in coordinating necessary client supplies, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME), wound care materials, and medications, is also essential to ensure seamless care delivery. By joining Concierge Nursing Referral Services, you become part of an elite team dedicated to elevating in-home nursing care standards through compassionate, skilled, and client-centered practices.
