Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal culinary training or degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment and supplies

- Set the pace and lead lunch and dinner services

- Mentor and motivate kitchen team members
