The successful candidate will design and implement a wide range of programs, from recurring clinics and leagues to special seasonal activations, holiday celebrations, tournaments, and new-member introductions. Strong coordination with the food and beverage team is essential to seamlessly integrate cafe and dining programming within the broader club calendar. The Club Events Manager is responsible not only for logistical aspects such as event setup, breakdown, and on-site execution but also for maintaining exceptional service standards and a smooth flow of activities. They must be adept at communication, including crafting program announcements and member communications, tracking attendance and feedback, and using that data to refine future programming.

Job Duties

  • Plan coordinate and execute member programming across the club
  • Build a balanced weekly monthly and seasonal programming calendar
  • Create programming across all club amenities including tennis pickleball basketball swim fitness spa/recovery kids/family social/lounge and dining
  • Develop recurring programs one-time events seasonal activations clinics leagues tournaments holiday events and new-member introduction events
  • Coordinate café and food-and-beverage related programming with the broader club calendar
  • Partner with department heads to align programming with operational needs member demand and space availability
  • Own event setup breakdown and onsite execution with strong eye for detail and service
  • Write and send programming announcements and member communications
  • Track attendance participation member feedback and program performance
  • Recommend which programs should continue expand evolve or be discontinued based on member response and operational value
