Prince Waikiki is currently seeking dedicated and skilled hospitality professionals to join their dynamic team. The 100 Sails Cook IV position is a crucial role within the culinary department, responsible for maintaining the high standards of food preparation and quality that guests have come to expect. This role involves preparing, setting up, and producing various food items at designated restaurant stations such as meats, vegetables, potatoes, and bread products. The 100 Sails Cook IV role at Prince Waikiki requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to recipes and portion controls for consistent food quality. The cook will be responsible for checking the proper storage of products and ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and operational. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to interact with team members and management, and to complete requisitions and follow recipes accurately. The position demands physical stamina as it involves working in confined spaces and extreme temperature ranges, standing and walking for extended periods, and handling kitchen tools and equipment safely.

Job Requirements
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position
- High school diploma required
- Culinary program training preferred
- Minimum 2 years as a Cook IV or entry level Cook in a hotel
- Experience working on the line in a fast pace environment
- Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate
- CPR and/or First Aid training preferred
