Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress
  • Report results to team and other managers
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience
  • Oversee sales promotions and service training in Guest Service
  • Manage kitchen food quality, safety, and production training
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
