Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress
- Report results to team and other managers
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience
- Oversee sales promotions and service training in Guest Service
- Manage kitchen food quality, safety, and production training
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
