Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to work in other areas as needed
- Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, and prepare for seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving orders, training, and product quality with member focus
- Drive performance of the area including stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, and eliminating waste
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns
- Serve as a brand advocate by developing, influencing, and inspiring others in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards, and implement related action plans
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners
