Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail work experience or store leader recommendation
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Retail leadership or supervisory experience desired
  • Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to the department
  • Satisfactory performance and discipline record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and schedules effectively
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Willingness to develop team members and future leaders.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles
  • Successful performance as a peer trainer or in-store champion
  • Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to the prepared foods department
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team

  • Proven ability to manage budget and inventory
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity
  • Understanding of safety and compliance standards in retail food service
  • Skill in analyzing financial and operational reports for decision making.

  • Set and reach sales and profit goals while managing shrink
