This role as an Assistant Team Leader is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail management and leadership within a purpose-driven company. The position involves supporting the Team Leader in managing daily store operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Team Leader will develop and maintain creative store layouts and effective product merchandising strategies. You will collaborate with the Team Leader to analyze sales reports, manage labor schedules, and maintain vendor relationships. Leading by example, you will motivate and mentor Team Members, promote teamwork, and enhance morale in the department. Your customer-focused approach will ensure that customer needs are consistently anticipated and met, leading to elevated customer satisfaction.
