Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions
- capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- successful completion of all required training and assessments
- availability to work flexible shifts
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience with fresh food preparation preferred
- strong customer service skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- proficient in using digital technology for workplace tasks
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to item specifications
- ensure freshness by wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise properly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prepared foods area
- operate, maintain, and sanitize food preparation equipment
- verify expiration dates and discard non-quality items
- assist members with bakery orders and provide excellent customer service
- use digital tools to manage production, training, and product quality
