We are currently seeking a Prep Person with daytime availability to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and the overall readiness of the restaurant each day. The Prep Person will assist in all aspects of food preparation, helping to maintain the high standards of our cuisine and ensure that all ingredients are ready for use by the chefs and kitchen staff. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in preparing the restaurant to open for business, which includes setting up stations, organizing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Responsibilities also extend to managing deliveries by putting away stock efficiently and correctly, helping maintain inventory accuracy and contributing to operational efficiency. Customer service is also an integral part of this role, as the Prep Person will assist with telephone inquiries, providing information and support to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
