Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in food service or hospitality
- Food handler's card may be required according to local or state regulations
- Ability to stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift
- Manual dexterity to cut and chop food
- Ability to endure hot and cold work conditions
- Basic math and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 or 4 year culinary degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in food service or hospitality field
- Ability to understand and communicate in English

- Strong listening skills to follow specific directions
Job Duties
- Follow clear direction in food preparation and storing
- Clearly label and date all prepped items especially those stored for later use
- Ensure that all food is properly prepared for use by the line cooks
- Chop vegetables and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Assist with breaking down stations and maintaining cleanliness
- Weigh and mix ingredients accurately
- Store food properly adhering to safety regulations
