Job Duties

  • Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations
  • Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing
  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members
  • Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
