Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive preparation tasks

Job Qualifications
- Previous prep cook or professional kitchen experience preferred
- Basic knife skills and food-preparation knowledge

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and menu components according to established recipes, production sheets, and culinary standards
- Wash, peel, cut, portion, measure, and prepare food products for service
- Accurately label, date, rotate, and store food products
- Maintain proper production levels while minimizing waste
- Support daily à la carte dining, banquets, private events, and special culinary programs
- Communicate product needs, shortages, quality concerns, and preparation status to culinary leadership
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary preparation areas
