Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients by chopping, slicing, and portioning according to menu specifications
- Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks to ensure timely service

- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety of all ingredients and dishes
- Support menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for daily specials and upcoming events
- Help with food plating and presentation to uphold restaurant standards
