SAGE Dining Services is currently seeking a Prep Cook/Line Server to join their team in Midtown. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • food handler certification preferred
  • ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
  • serve food efficiently and courteously to customers
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and serving areas
  • assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding dining experiences
  • support catering events as needed
