Condado Tacos is currently seeking a Commissary Food Production Team Member for their Commissary, an essential part of their food production operations. This is a full-time morning position, offering competitive compensation between $18 and $22 per hour, ideal for individuals who enjoy food preparation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Commissary Production Worker at Condado Tacos, you will play a critical role in producing the majority of the food products supplied to their restaurants—about 80-85% of the inventory. Your primary responsibilities include the preparation, processing, and packaging of cold foods and ingredients to be delivered fresh to each restaurant. This position is crucial to maintaining the quality and consistency of food products that Condado is known for. You will be expected to adhere to strict food safety standards, including OSHA compliance, and ensure sanitation, health, and safety in your work area. Equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety are also key parts of the role, as well as operating tools such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.

The position requires starting early at 7 AM with shifts lasting 8 to 10 hours depending on business needs. Work duties involve assembly line style production, meeting daily goals, following detailed recipes and production procedures, inspecting food for freshness, and upholding quality assurance at all times. This role demands attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and working cooperatively within a team environment. Physical requirements include standing or walking for extended hours, working in refrigerated settings, continuous hand and wrist movements, occasional lifting up to and sometimes over 50 pounds, and other repetitive motions. Safety is a priority, with mandatory use of personal protective equipment such as slip-resistant shoes, gloves, and safety glasses.
