We are currently seeking energetic, detail-oriented Prep Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team. The Prep Cook role is essential to our kitchen operations, focusing on thorough food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation duties that support the smooth and efficient performance of the kitchen. The role offers flexible schedules with both AM and PM shifts available to accommodate various lifestyles and needs. Additionally, employees working both shifts benefit from free shift meals, making this an appealing position for individuals seeking a dynamic and supportive work environment in the food service industry. This hourly position starts at $12 per hour.

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for executing a variety of food preparation tasks with an attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene. Your daily responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing food prep stations and equipment, washing all pans and utensils, maintaining a tidy kitchen area by sweeping and mopping as needed, and managing waste by emptying trash containers regularly. Additional cleaning duties may also be assigned to help keep the kitchen organized and operating efficiently. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and moving quickly.
