Our company values hospitality and community engagement, offering a fun work environment paired with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Our restaurant concepts include varied culinary styles that attract loyal guests, and our team members enjoy both personal and professional growth opportunities through ongoing development and promotion within the company.
The Prep Cook position is designed for individuals who take pride in the meals they prepare and are passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen with food prep tasks while working closely with front of house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests. You will have the opportunity to influence and inspire peers, thrive in a collaborative and purpose-driven setting, and take pleasure in contributing to the hospitality that makes our restaurant a beloved destination. This role offers competitive base pay starting at $18.81 per hour in Denver with additional income through a tip pool that can raise average earnings to approximately $25 to $30 per hour.
Beyond financial rewards, we provide several enticing perks including dining discounts for you and friends at any of our restaurant concepts and sister locations, health, dental, and vision insurance following an introductory period, 401k matching, employee referral bonuses at 30 and 60 days, and access to valuable mental health resources. We offer paid sick leave accumulating at the rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours annually, fostering a healthy work-life balance. If you are long-term growth minded, passionate about guest experience, and eager to develop your career in a hospitality-driven environment, then this Prep Cook position offers a rewarding opportunity to achieve those goals while contributing meaningful value to our team and our community.
