Currently, Barracuda is hiring for back-focused positions, specifically targeting prep cooks who can contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen. Both full-time and part-time roles are offered, with an emphasis on availability during weekends including Sundays. Job Requirements

  • personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team
  • personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality
  • ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
  • ability to lift heavy objects (25 plus pounds)
  • ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
  • availability to work weekends including Sundays

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant or food preparation roles preferred
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and menu items according to Barracuda's quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
  • assist in stocking and replenishing supplies
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
  • support front-of-house staff as needed
  • adhere to Barracuda's standards of service and hospitality
