- 2-3 plus years of experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Strong knife skills
- Experience with butchery and fish handling
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Basic English communication skills

Job Duties
- Execute daily prep for high-volume service including vegetable and protein butchery chicken beef pork fish
- Produce sauces including house-made dressings reductions emulsions
- Prepare appetizer components such as dips spreads fry items
- Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
- Follow prep lists recipes and portioning guidelines with precision
- Assist with receiving labeling and storage of inventory
- Communicate clearly and respond quickly to kitchen needs
- Support the line during service when necessary
