Job Requirements

  • 2-3 plus years of experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen
  • Strong knife skills
  • Experience with butchery and fish handling
  • Ability to lift 50 plus pounds

  • Basic English communication skills

Job Duties

  • Execute daily prep for high-volume service including vegetable and protein butchery chicken beef pork fish
  • Produce sauces including house-made dressings reductions emulsions
  • Prepare appetizer components such as dips spreads fry items
  • Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
  • Follow prep lists recipes and portioning guidelines with precision
  • Assist with receiving labeling and storage of inventory
  • Communicate clearly and respond quickly to kitchen needs
  • Support the line during service when necessary
