The Prep Cook position at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is a crucial role within the culinary team. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy pots, pans, and trays
  • comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
  • must adhere to all appearance standards including but not limited to no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors

  • Read and follow recipes
  • match preparation of food product
  • maintain cleanliness of the work station
  • prep food items
  • rotation of product
  • dating of product
  • assist in setting up line
  • bring up orders and put them away
  • prepares dishes in an efficient manner in accordance to recipes and standards
  • prepare food items while adhering to health department regulations
  • other duties as assigned by management
