Job Description

True Food Kitchen is a restaurant that prides itself on serving great and wholesome food. Prep cooks play a crucial role in consistently and efficiently preparing and portioning food products, plating and garnishing dishes, and ensuring timely food service to guests. They are responsible for accurately preparing food items before service, including seasonal recipes that add variety to the menu rotation.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • at least 6 months of experience in kitchen preparation in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • exceptional knife skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • proficiency in reading and executing recipes
