Your ability to operate cutting tools safely and efficiently will be essential to maintaining the flow and quality of kitchen operations.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $28.00 per hour, recognizing the skills and dedication of our kitchen staff. These include eligibility for health insurance for those working an average of 30 hours per week, participation in a 401(k) plan with a competitive company match, dining discounts, and access to an employee assistance program. We also provide opportunities for exciting career growth and training to help you advance your skills and move up within the organization.

Additionally, the role includes paid sick leave accrued at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, available from the start of employment, and paid family and medical leave of up to two weeks after one year of service. Our referral program offers bonuses for recommending friends who join the team, emphasizing our commitment to building a strong, community-oriented workforce. Embracing a fast-paced environment and a team-oriented mindset is crucial for success in this role. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy collaborating with others, and have a passion for culinary excellence, this position is an excellent fit for you.
