We are currently seeking a Prep Cook to join the Bianca kitchen team. This role is vital in setting the foundation for a smooth and efficient service. The Prep Cook will be responsible for calm and precise preparation work that ensures the kitchen operates seamlessly. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients accurately and consistently according to established prep lists, recipes, and standards, treating knife work and portioning as true craftsmanship. The position demands strong communication with the culinary team to maintain flow during service and attention to cleanliness and organization in prep areas, equipment, and storage. Labeling, rotation, and food safety are paramount.

Working as a Prep Cook at Bianca requires full engagement with an active kitchen environment, the ability to move purposefully through long shifts in often tight spaces, and managing the physical demands of prep work.
