Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare soups, sauces, pasta, and lasagna according to recipe standards and guest expectations
  • Ensure compliance with the highest safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
  • Assist with inventory management and food storage
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service
  • Participate in ongoing culinary training and development programs
