With a focus on traditional Italian dishes such as soup, sauce, pasta, and lasagna, Olive Garden has cultivated a loyal customer base who appreciate both the quality of the food and the friendly service. Established with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and guest satisfaction, Olive Garden continues to grow and evolve while holding true to its roots in genuine Italian hospitality.

This role is for a Prep Cook at Olive Garden, an integral position within the kitchen team responsible for the preparation and execution of signature recipes. The Prep Cook supports the cooking and service process by preparing ingredients, following established recipes, and ensuring all food items meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail, passion for Italian cuisine, and a dedication to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.42 to $18.25, reflecting experience and commitment. Olive Garden provides flexible schedules to help team members balance work with other life commitments such as schooling, childcare, or family care, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking both career growth and a supportive work environment.

As a Prep Cook, you will benefit from weekly pay, anniversary pay, paid sick leave accruing at the rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked starting immediately after hire, and paid family and medical leave after one year of service. Employees also enjoy medical and dental insurance options, ongoing training programs designed to build critical skills for current and future roles, and access to employee discounts on cellphones, travel, electronics, and more. Olive Garden fosters a culture of career advancement, with over half of the management team promoted from within hourly positions. You will be part of a company that values the health, safety, and wellness of team members and guests by adhering to rigorous safety and sanitation standards.

Joining Olive Garden means becoming part of a family committed to excellence in hospitality and cuisine. The Prep Cook position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a beloved restaurant brand, develop your culinary skills, and grow within a supportive and dynamic team environment. If you are passionate about food, meticulous about health and safety standards, and eager to join a company that invests in your future, we would love to welcome you to the Olive Garden family.
