This establishment provides a modern yet casual dining experience that appeals to a wide range of guests. Each item on their scratch-kitchen menu is thoughtfully crafted to complement their award-winning wines, enhancing the overall dining experience. Since its inception in 2005, Cooper's Hawk has dedicated itself to bringing the essence of Napa Valley to its guests and an extensive Wine Club membership base, which is known to be one of the largest in the world. Membership benefits include exclusive curated dining and travel experiences that elevate the wine appreciation culture. In addition to this, the brand has expanded its culinary repertoire with Piccolo Buco by Cooper's Hawk, which introduces the vibrant, rich flavors of Rome to its guests, thus broadening its lifestyle brand appeal.

The employment type is typically full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling options, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the dynamic needs of the restaurant industry. Compensation is competitive and considers multiple factors to ensure fairness and equity across all team members. Cooper's Hawk also prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in its workforce.
