Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required
flexible to work a variety of shifts

Job Duties

execute proper food recipes following company specifications
maintain a clean station and workspace at all times
follow proper sanitation protocols meticulously
coordinate with assemblers, expeditors, and management for seamless kitchen operations
perform opening duties to prepare the kitchen for daily service
carry out closing cleaning duties to maintain kitchen cleanliness
communicate effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen team members
