Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
- experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required
- flexible to work a variety of shifts

Job Duties
- execute proper food recipes following company specifications
- maintain a clean station and workspace at all times
- follow proper sanitation protocols meticulously
- coordinate with assemblers, expeditors, and management for seamless kitchen operations
- perform opening duties to prepare the kitchen for daily service
- carry out closing cleaning duties to maintain kitchen cleanliness
- communicate effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen team members
