The role of Prep Cook at Corporate Chefs in Columbia, South Carolina, is a full-time, onsite position within the Dining & Events segment, specifically providing culinary services to the corporate client UNUM. This role is ideal for someone passionate about preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. You will join a motivated and energetic kitchen team that values creativity, efficiency, and dedication. As a Prep Cook, your work will involve various culinary duties including food preparation, quality and portion control, and creative food presentation, all while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends or holiday shifts, ensuring a consistent work-life balance. The compensation ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional growth.
