Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
