Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
understanding of safe food handling practices
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in food preparation preferred
knowledge of food safety standards
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
good communication skills
teamwork orientation

Job Duties

Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards and procedures
maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
being a team player
