Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry
no previous experience needed
on-the-job training provided
be at least eighteen years of age
willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our restaurant guests

Job Qualifications

able to follow recipes and food preparation procedures
good communication skills
capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
willing to learn and grow within the company
able to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties

Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency across all restaurants
responsible for regular checks to assure product quality
adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized for other team members
stand and/or walk for an entire shift
deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests
