Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a prep cook or similar kitchen role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Passion for quality food and teamwork
  • Availability must include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble ingredients for pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
  • Cut, portion, and organize produce and seasonal ingredients for daily use
  • Assist in preparing ingredients for brunch menu items and other kitchen needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and storage areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Support the kitchen team in ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation processes
