Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a prep cook or similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Passion for quality food and teamwork
Availability must include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

Job Duties

Prepare and assemble ingredients for pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
Cut, portion, and organize produce and seasonal ingredients for daily use
Assist in preparing ingredients for brunch menu items and other kitchen needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and storage areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Support the kitchen team in ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation processes
