  • Organize refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas, ensuring items are properly sealed, labeled, and dated
  • Report equipment and food quality problems promptly
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform Kitchen Manager of product shortages
  • Correct any prepping errors in a professional manner
